Sustainable Affordable High Quality Bespoke Effective Experts
Our staff CPD programme is a sustainable and effective way for schools to use their PE and Sport Premium. KSA allocate each school with one of our highly qualified Physical Educators - who will work alongside your teaching staff to up skill and improve delivery in PE.
The programme is completely flexible and user focused, meaning we work closely with your staff, set relevant targets and only develop them in areas they feel necessary.
We work with you and your teachers to create a bespoke package for your school. Below are soMe examples of the training we can provide:
- Additional teacher training in activities such as gymnastics, multi sports and dance
- PE deep dives
- Mindfulness and wellbeing
- Swimming
- Behaviour management
Our aim is for your staff to enhance their PE curriculum knowledge and to increase their confidence in planning, delivering and assessment.
We measure progress of staff throughout the academic year so the impact of the programme is clear, further evidenced should Ofsted require information.
